Lost Shipment:

If the shipment is not received or tracking information does not show any further details, contact us at sales@megafurnitures.com. A CS will respond to you with the valid information within the 2 business days.

If the purchase is a large item there may be a chance that may get delayed as those orders will be coming through an LTL. If the items/product is lost a full refund can be issued or a replacement will be sent out, but this may cause additional transportation time, and this will lead to delayed order delivery.

If a tracking number indicates delivered, but a package has still not been received, please notify Megafurnitures within 5 days of the tracking delivery date. Please check your surrounding areas such as Inside garage, side door or back entrance, with neighbors, the front desk, and/or anyone else living with you etc. If Megafurnitures is notified within 5 days, we will report to our carrier and initiate investigation. The carrier may respond within 3-5 business days and report if they have been able to locate your package or confirm if it is indeed lost. If the package is lost, a full refund will be issued/item reshipped (as per your discretion). If the package is found, a delivery will be set up.
